Move through the 12 asanas for a beautiful stretch and meditative practice, opening the chakras and moving the energy of the body, while increasing flexibility, building strength, and moving the circulatory and immune systems of the body. 

This class focuses on asana, moving steadily and meditatively through each pose so that you can deepen your practice and get in touch with your body and mind, increasing mindfulness, flexibility, and strength. 

Suitable for all levels. 

Includes warm up and cool down.
