Restorative Yoga


Rest, relax, and restore in this simple, calming yoga practice. We will move slowly and deeply through a few simple poses, using props to allow our bodies to fully rest and ease into the practice. Each pose is held for extended periods of time, making this practice simple, deep, peaceful, and extremely restorative. 

Suitable for all levels, restorative yoga will open up your joints and muscles and restore your peace, balance, and calm.
