Hatha Yoga + Meditation


Using Hatha Yoga to move into meditation, we will move through both asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) in order to purify, settle, and align mind, body, and spirit to step into a higher space of meditation. We will move through our postures, breathe through our pranayama, and move through our bodies and emotions to prepare for a deeper, more meaningful, more powerful meditation. 

Suitable for all levels, this class is a transformational experience bringing you home to your body, mind, and spirit.
