Slow Flow Yoga


A whole body sensory experience, based on fluid yoga sequencing. 

In this fluid, sensational practice, we will reconnect our bodies and our souls and fully step into the present with grounded, flowing, and ephemeral movements. Slow and sensual, this class is suitable for all levels and will include warm up, cool down, postures, and breathing exercises that are all gentle on the body and focused on feeling fully into the moment.
