Prime of Life Yoga


This very gentle and healing class is designed for seniors and those of any age who may be experiencing limited range of motion.

Each practitioner will be safely guided through both seated and standing sequences for greater mobility and balance. By bringing awareness to the mind, body and spirit through breathing techniques and meditation, you will experience reduced stress and deep relaxation.

Includes warm up and cool down.
