A yoga practice developed by Shiva Rae from decades of teaching and a lifetime of practice and study, Prana Vinyasa Flow incorporates over 40 different namaksars to bring a full range of pathways and bhavas to express and move through every facet of your mind, body, and spirit. In this flowing and experiential class, we will connect deeply to each element of our own bodies and beyond to the flow of nature.
