SUP Yoga for Beginners


Join us at Mahogany Bay Village’s own private beach for a dynamic Vinyasa flow out on the water. Stand-up paddleboard yoga incorporates all the strength training and flexibility building of asana, the peace and connection of pranayama, all while deepening strength and connection in an ethereal and free flowing experience of practicing on the water. Enjoy the peace and freedom of the water while strengthening your core and deepening your practice. 

Suitable for all levels, this class includes warm up and cool down, all practiced out on the water on stand up paddleboards.

Pre-Registration required. Please allow yourself 2 hours for boat shuttle and class time.
