SUP Yoga


Join us at Mahogany Bay Village’s own private beach for a dynamic fitness class out on the water. Stand-up paddleboard fit engages the entire body - from the arms through the legs - in a paddleboard-based fitness class in order to strength the body and have fun on the water. 

Enjoy the freedom and space of the water and sunshine, while strengthening your core, stretching your muscles, and having a blast. 

Suitable for all levels, this class includes warm up and cool down, all practiced out on the water on stand up paddleboards.

Pre-Registration required. Please allow yourself 2 hours for boat shuttle and class time.
