In this workshop, we will examine and address common modern day ailments, such as poor sleep quality, joint pain, digestive issues, depression, and anxiety, with Ayurveda, allowing us to apply simple, easy, daily habits catered to your unique individual needs. We will also explore how to determine your own unique body, mind, and spirit make up, also known as your Dosha.
