Aerial flexibility

In this aerial technique class, we will work on building your strength, stamina, and flexibility so that you can master advanced aerial moves and improve your practice and fun with confidence and grace.

This class focuses on warming up the body to do flips and tricks, as well as holding extended poses, such as backbends, shoulder openers, and splits.

Includes warm up and cool down that incorporates moves inside the hammock, pranayama, dance, and centering.

Aerial Power Flow

In this aerial yoga class, we will get the blood flowing and heart racing with vinyasa flow and dance for a powerful, beautiful, high vibe workout. Using flips and transitions to keep our space in constant flow, this cardio aerial class will build your stamina, strength, and grace while having unbelievable and empowering fun in our aerial studio.

This class focuses on high vibe and sensual cardio, including a mixture of vinyasa flow, dance, and TRX, as well as flips and transitions for a feel-amazing power flow.

Aerial Yin

In this yin aerial class, we will use the freedom of aerial with the deep practice of Yin yoga to slow the mind, stretch the body, and connect on a deeper, soul level in your practice. Using sustained poses and deep breathing, we will focus on moving deep into the connective tissues of the body for healing, strength, and flexibility.

This class brings Yin poses to the aerial space, incorporating long holds and peaceful meditation for a deeply restorative experience.

Yoga + Ayurveda

Combining the healing powers and potential of yoga with ayurveda, this deeply restorative class focuses on feeling and healing the mind, the body, and the spirit for deep peace, transformation, and health.

This class focuses on restoring balance through both movement and energy work to balance the three doshas.

12 Postures

Move through the 12 asanas for a beautiful stretch and meditative practice, opening the chakras and moving the energy of the body, while increasing flexibility, building strength, and moving the circulatory and immune systems of the body.

This class focuses on asana, moving steadily and meditatively through each pose so that you can deepen your practice and get in touch with your body and mind.

Sunrise… Energize

In this waterside yoga class, we will ground and grow with asana and pranayama so that you can greet your day with peace and power. Greet the sun, ground and center yourself for a beautiful day, and energize and invigorate yourself for whatever comes next.

This class focuses on poses and breathing beside the water in order to build strength and flexibility, balance the mind and body, and feel amazing in your own skin.

Sunset… Wind Down

In this waterside yoga class, we will close our day with asana and pranayama in order to release the day, end with gratitude, and prepare for a beautiful night’s sleep. Process and release all of the day’s events and feelings, feel amazing in your own skin, and say good night alongside your soul tribe.

This class focuses on poses and breathing beside the water for a peaceful, strengthening, and balancing experience that will leave you feeling balanced, strong, sensual, and gorgeous.

Standup Paddleboard Yoga

Practicing on Mahogany Bay Village’s private beach, we will incorporate both asana and pranayama out on the water for an incredibly powerful yoga practice. Strengthen and condition the body to move freely, safely, and powerfully in this fun and empowering form of yoga.

This class incorporates both poses and breathing exercises out on the water on a stand up paddleboard.
