12 postures of yoga

Move through the 12 asanas for a beautiful stretch and meditative practice, opening the chakras and moving the energy of the body, while increasing flexibility, building strength, and moving the circulatory and immune systems of the body. 

This class focuses on asana, moving steadily and meditatively through each pose so that you can deepen your practice and get in touch with your body and mind, increasing mindfulness, flexibility, and strength. 

Suitable for all levels. 

Includes warm up and cool down.

Aerial Flow Yoga

Aerial yoga incorporates a traditional yoga flow while allowing yourself to go deeper in postures, encouraging proper alignment with the support of a light, soft silk hammock that supports 1500 pounds of weight. The fabric supports the body, allowing decompression, alignment, strength building,  as well as fostering freedom, self-trust, and self-confidence. 

Newcomers enjoy working with the sling, feeling little pressure or stress on the joints, particularly the spine. Inversions are easily accessed in supported gravity with no strain on the neck, back, or shoulders. Core muscles fire without even realizing it's a great workout. 

Suitable for all levels, aerial flow yoga is an authentic, energizing, and healing experience.

Aerial Power Flow

In this aerial yoga class, we will get the blood flowing and heart racing with vinyasa flow and dance for a powerful, beautiful, high vibe workout. Using flips and transitions to keep our space in constant flow, this cardio aerial class will build your stamina, strength, and grace while having unbelievable and empowering fun in our aerial studio.

This class focuses on high vibe cardio, including a mixture of vinyasa flow, dance, and TRX, as well as flips and transitions for a feel-amazing power flow.

Includes warm up and cool down that incorporates moves inside the hammock, pranayama, centering and dance.

All-Levels Yoga

Combining the healing powers and potential of yoga with ayurveda, this deeply restorative class focuses on feeling and healing the mind, the body, and the spirit for deep peace, transformation, and health. 

This class focuses on restoring balance through both movement and energy work to balance the three doshas. 

Suitable for beginners through advanced practitioners. 

Includes warm up and cool down.

Beginner Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga incorporates a traditional yoga flow while allowing yourself to go deeper in postures, encouraging proper alignment with the support of a light, soft silk hammock that supports 1500 pounds of weight. In this introductory class, you will learn how to use the hammocks and slings to perform poses and movements. We will cover proper safety and form, as well as have fun flowing and flying in this incredibly freeing, fun, and energizing form of yoga.

Hatha yoga + meditation

Using Hatha Yoga to move into meditation, we will move through both asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) in order to purify, settle, and align mind, body, and spirit to step into a higher space of meditation. We will move through our postures, breathe through our pranayama, and move through our bodies and emotions to prepare for a deeper, more meaningful, more powerful meditation. 

Suitable for all levels, this class is a transformational experience bringing you home to your body, mind, and spirit.

Prana Vinyasa Flow

A yoga practice developed by Shiva Rae from decades of teaching and a lifetime of practice and study, Prana Vinyasa Flow incorporates over 40 different namaksars to bring a full range of pathways and bhavas to express and move through every facet of your mind, body, and spirit. In this flowing and experiential class, we will connect deeply to each element of our own bodies and beyond to the flow of nature.

Restorative yoga

Rest, relax, and restore in this simple, calming yoga practice. We will move slowly and deeply through a few simple poses, using props to allow our bodies to fully rest and ease into the practice. Each pose is held for extended periods of time, making this practice simple, deep, peaceful, and extremely restorative. 

Suitable for all levels, restorative yoga will open up your joints and muscles and restore your peace, balance, and calm.

Stand Up Paddleboard (Sup) Fit

Join us at Mahogany Bay Village’s own private beach for a dynamic fitness class out on the water. Stand-up paddleboard fit engages the entire body - from the arms through the legs - in a paddleboard-based fitness class in order to strength the body and have fun on the water. 

Enjoy the freedom and space of the water and sunshine, while strengthening your core, stretching your muscles, and having a blast. 

Suitable for all levels, this class includes warm up and cool down, all practiced out on the water on stand up paddleboards.

Stand Up Paddleboard (Sup) Yoga

Join us at Mahogany Bay Village’s own private beach for a dynamic Vinyasa flow out on the water. Stand-up paddleboard yoga incorporates all the strength training and flexibility building of asana, the peace and connection of pranayama, all while deepening strength and connection in an ethereal and free flowing experience of practicing on the water.

Enjoy the peace and freedom of the water while strengthening your core and deepening your practice. 

Suitable for all levels, this class includes warm up and cool down, all practiced out on the water on stand up paddleboards.

Sunrise Beach Yoga

Greet the sun, ground and center yourself for a beautiful day, and energize and invigorate yourself for whatever comes next. 

In this peaceful, connective practice, we will move gently and easily through asana and pranayama in order to wake up the body, mind, and spirit, greet and ease into the day, and enjoy the beauty and space of the water and surrounding nature. 

Suitable for all levels, this class includes warm up, cool down, postures, and breathing exercises.
